The mode button on my Suunto Observer has stopped working. I've got the details where to send it but can't seem to find a guide as to cost.

Has anyone got any experience with Suunto and the sort of cost I can expect?

    Thanks

I sent mine back last year with a fault on the altimeter…It came back with new innards (mother board), cleaned and a with a new strap!!! At no cost to myself (they send you an airmail pack for your watch – prepaid)

Excellent service…Watch was out of warranty too!

depending on how old it is (from when you bought it, assuming you bought it from a shop) it could cost you nothing or it could cost you around £50+. All Suunto servicing is done in Finland so if you send it off, be prepared for a couple week wait!

I think Suunto offer a 2yr limited warranty on their products not including battery issues
