    I’m not allowed to go anywhere. I coughed up a little bit of blood yesterday and NHS direct said to have a veeeeery relaxing weekend! I feel fine now. This isn’t relaxing, this is annoying!

    nowhere today, busy recovering from yesterdays forum ride round sherwood pines. suppose i ought to really considering not been off bike for 8 days now

    Wife’s at a Hen do and, apparently, you can’t leave a 3 year old and 6 year old at home on tha Wii whilst you go cycling 🙄 😉
