  • Suggestions for 'tiny' chain tugs..

I’ve a scandal with swap outs – on the horiz drop outs (for SS) I’d be keen for some chaintugs, but the ones I’ve got are ‘too big’ to fit in there amongst the frame and swap out gubbins.

Any suggestions for small, lightweight chain tugs would be appreciated!

No idea what the drop outs on the on one look but would these work?

I might have some, somewhere which I can send you if you want em? (f.o.c)

Don’t know if these count as tiny?

Contradictory as it sounds, the On-One chaintugs don’t work with swapouts iirc

I used one that looks most like the DMR tug on my C456 (Have got a Scandal with swapouts but haven’t used it on that frame yet)…

However, I filed it down so it slotted better into the swapout to improve the range of movement I got

The on-one tugs as mentioned by Tonyd work fine on my scandal. I have the horizontal ss swap outs.

Cheers for the advice – might go for the Charlie ones as the mks ones seem nice, but pretty pricey and hard to get hold of!
