Finishing off a re-build,(TN719 on a Pro2 front), using the spokes that were on the build before (XT M756). DT & Spokecalc give a 1mm difference in lengths, but the actual spokes used are same length & 1mm/(2mm) short. I’m having trouble getting the dishing right.
    What’s the best approach…?
My usual method is to set initial nipple-spoke insertion with a nipple driver, & go from there with a key, but given the lengths is a no-goer.
Ideas ? Just set by eye ?

use nipple driver and back off the shorter side by 1 mm when you do it IMHO
Do it by eye will be fine but it will be easier to start with them all at the same tension tbh
