    100m 11.75 at 17
    Got in many a football and rugby team because I was usually quickest at the trials. Where did it all go wrong?

    Looking back I wish my training had taken me indoors. Had good acceleration but lost it in the last 30m. 60m indoors would have been ideal, helped at scrum half though, heard many an open side utter those immortal words “little bas*ard”.
