I’m currently running my Scale 40 as a single speed using a tensioner and spacers on an xt hub! But I’ve just bought a Genesis IO frame and am not sure if I can use the wheel I have on the IO frame! This is the 1st time I’ve had a frame with a sliding dropout so any help would be much appreciated!!

    Yes, you can.

    They’re both be 135mm spaced.

XT wheel will be just fine. It’s easier to get chainline right with spacer kit on cassette wheel. If it’s got XT q/r skewer it will probably hold in place fine. You might want to use a chaintug to help setting chain tension and will also make sure wheel can’t come forward and/or one of those allen key replacements for q/r.
