Yes you can, and with iTunes. Find the itunes folder with the music on that you sync to and copy that. Can copy between pcs too. Copy the folder from one pc onto a memory stick or similar then import the folder into the other pcs iTunes then organize / consolidate (prob called something else, but it's like that). I've got the same stuff on my iphone and iPad and on two pcs
