  • Strava-ists, can I delete a single segment from a ride if it's wrong?

For example- I did glentress black the other day and it’s picked up “full GT black with deliverance diversion” as a valid segment, even though I didn’t do that particular loop. It’s also declared me stupendously fast on the matrix, which I am clearly not. So I’d like to just knock off those 2 particular events, without messing with the rest of the ride, but can’t see how? I can hide the segment but I’d like it to still appear with valid results, and I can delete the ride but that loses all the correct stuff.

    can’t do it.

you need to chop the ride down into seperate litte rides.

I agree that it would be nice to chop out segments on a ride.

    Well. That’s **** isn’t it? 😆 I paid nearly a pound for this!

Apparently I can report the segment as cheaty but it’ll also knock out all other results for the ride, which just defeats the purpose. Seems a fairly glaring omission tbh.

I reported myself for one segment where I got a KOM for riding the fire road beside the singletrack – I don;t remember losing all the other segments ont he ride though.
