Need some cranks to finish off a single speed.

Can you still get decent quality cranks in square taper. I like simple and no faff.

Also have a selection of chain rings if anyone has any they may want to sell me…..normal 4 bolt, compact 5 bolt….

    Thanks.

    White Ind and Paul Comp.

I’ve got a set of White Ind Eno cranks on my SS and they are really nice.

Middleburn are always mentioned when talking about square taper.

I’m also building a new SS, but I’ve decided to reuse some old Truvativ 5Ds I’ve got lying around.

    What BB are you using?

Even basic Shimano are pretty good (Alivio I think). No noticable difference from my Middleburns 😯

SJS Cycles have a few different makes in stock single, 4 bolt and 5 bolt

Spa Cycles are doing a stronglight SS chainset for £20.

Plenty of old stock road cranks out there too – get a compact (110bcd) and you can fit chainrings from 34t upwards
