Poor Zoe has already retired – weeks of not sleeping properly due to back pain are taking their toll and the snot germ she has picked up hasn’t helped either.

So I’m sat here with the dogs waiting for Jools to come on suffering the awful karaoke happening next door. One more glass (well, goblet) left in the wine bottle then the tough decision whether to go with Laphroaig or Caol Ila to see the new year in with. Might make it easy on myself and go with one of each as long as that won’t make my head too thick to get a ride in first thing in the morning.

Whatever you’re up to tonight, here’s hoping you have a great 2013. Slainte!

We’ve had worst year of our lives so far, so staying in with bottle of rum, cheeseboard and Bridget Jones on telly. Here’s to a better 2013 🙂
