Long shot I know, but does anyone have a copy of the geometry for the above, the first 26 inch wheel Slackline they produced, large size. Thanks.

I had these written down in a file from when I was trying to compare my Slackline to others. This would be for the Slackline 631 but pretty sure nothing changed geo wise from the original 853 to the 631. Also can’t promise I didn’t write something down wrong (and no idea if angles are with the fork sagged or not – and if so what length fork)!

    slackline 18″
    stack 595
    reach 408
    virtual top tube 608
    actual top tube 576
    seat tube length 457
    chainstay length 415
    wheelbase 1071.5
    BB drop 18
    head tube length 120
    front centre 656.5
    HA 66.5
    seat tube angle 72

Timmys – thank you so much! Very good bookkeeping.

As I thought it’s really pretty small!

Pet hate of mine when bike company’s remove all reference to past models from their website.

Psycorp – I totally agree. I also wrote to Stanton to enquire – no response, nada.

One of the reasons I like Surly – so much information both old and new on their pages.

People forget (or maybe never new) that the Slackline was originally designed to ride like a 4x bike that could pedal. This is why they are such a hoot to ride and why the dirt / wideopen lot loved them.
I love mine, but it does not match the current long/low/slack geometry and that’s a good thing IMO.
