i read in a previous post about finishline lube being used to lube up stansions.iv,e got a couple of flavours but can,t remember which one was recomended.

Best bet for that purpose is Stendec Stantion spray.

were do you get that from dougal

this will last for years

Basically the same stuff as the stanchion spray that costs twice as much

silicon spray from lidl at 99p a can. Easy enough and cheap enough. that and frequent cleaning of the wipers equals smooth forks!

Autoglym Dash spray £7.99 per can

I just use teflon dry lube.

Winterwet lube (the green one).

Although I’m on Fenicks now as it was on offer so I’ll try that. IME anything thick will do. I’ve actually got some fork oil so may decant some into an old lube bottle.

Finish Line teflon dry lube for my forks as well.
