First time tubeless setting up …Fresh bottle of Stan’s sealant and after a very good shake, removed the foil seal, injecting in through the valve it clogs the syringe with large 2cm long lumps of congealed sealant – I am assuming this isn’t normal?
think I need to send this back to whence it came :o(

    Yes

Never had stans clog up a 50ml syringe that has a reasonable bore . I set the beads then deflate and de core , whizz in 60ml of stans and re-core.

Does need a good shake but never had worms, worms appear inside your tyre after a few months.

Could of been stored in sub zero conditions.

I’m about to go tubeless for the 1st time (not counting a brief dalliance with ghetto tubeless) and have been reading various reviews on the different sealants and have decided to have a go with ‘Oko magic milk’.
    http://www.oko.com/oko_magic_milk_for_bikes.html.

The few reviews of it seem to rate it better than stans, with a longer working life hence my decision to plump for it.
Also OKO were the originators of tyre sealant(presumably in the automotive industry) so should hopefully know a thing or two.
