Are there any other stans flow wheel builds with cheaper hubs than hope? Basically I already have pro 2’s with ex 721 rims and I am looking to make my wheels a little lighter by building the wheels for the trail bike with the pro 2s and flows. And then the cheaper hubs would be built up on the ex721 for the jump bike.
So are there any?

Superstar, but I’d approach with caution, they can make really good wheels when they set their mind to it but they’re a bit inconsistent and you get the occasional crap one. Perfectly good hubs, the bearings don’t last as well as Pro 2s mind.

JRA must do shimano builds?

I’ve paid of credt rims on the switch hubs from superstar and they were excellent value. Even if you have to have the wheels tensionned and trued they’re still markedly cheaper than Hope hoops.
