    Not having to have replaced my chain and cassette recently i’d like to hear peoples opinions on whats the best chain and cassette combo to go for?

    Im running SRAM X0 2x 10 shifters. My current cassette is 11-32t.

    Any problems with running a mix of shimano SRAM for either?

    No problem running Shimano Sram Mix i usually buy XT Cassette find they last longer than Sram also KMC chain better & Stronger than Sram IMO

    As long as I can remember, I’ve been running xt cassettes with sachs/sedis/sram chains.

    I found the shimano chains to be poor. Shimano cassettes are slicker, sram are more positive in feel.

    Mixing them is fine. What do you prefer/can get at the right price/when you really need it?
