Hi, I had to ditch from Ardrock last Sunday when my front brake played up.

Basically, it’s pulling to a normal position but not generating much effort. I notice the inboard end of the return Spring is pointing out from the lever body around midway in the angle between lever body and lever blade. As far as i know, it should normally be flat back against the lever body.

Freshly bled and I’m normally good at Sram/Avid/Formula. New pads also, but same pads at same time in rear and rear is locking up before any significant force is generated up front.

Anyone any sensible ideas? No random brand slagging or advice to buy Shimano, please… 🙂
