Had small round white spots on my tonsils for the last month or so. When I am tired or run down , or its particulaly cold they seem to flare up and affect my voice and swallowing .
Dr Google recomended salt /bicarb gargle which I have been doing most days. But they are still there.
Do I
a . – Increase the frequency and duration of the gargle to 3 x daily
b. – Increase the potency of my saltwater mix ( vom inducing )
c . – Go to an actual doctor for drugs
d . – Ignore it and hope it goes away on its own when summer arrives?

What kind of salt are you using?

Edit: try good quality such as Himalayan or Celtic that contain a high number of minerals. Ditch the bicarb.
