    Ah, reference to 230 miles was to this thread involving baby robins and some unprepared cycling.

    Though I must say, the old chap is still quite the thing, you know.

    So, genuinely, I have sore legs and want someone to rub them better..!

    Sports massage isnt very good for DOMS. Can make it even more painful.
