this weekend i enjoyed the DH on redbull.tv

the sponsorship for the event is obvious, you cant watch without seeing redbull and monster energy drinks adverts plastered everywhere.

i enjoy the sport, i enjoy the coverage, but there is no way i want to drink that garbage. So i feel a tiny bit bad that i enjoy their efforts to attract me to the brand, yet give them little/nothing in return.

what other products can i spend my disposable income on to support their otherwise good work?

Whilst red bull do sell drinks still, they also make a lot of money selling their content to various people, TV channels etc. (for example the Felix Baumgartner jump videos). This is sold based on the fact that it is likely to attract lots of people to watch the TV channels. Part of the evidence for this will be the numbers of people who watch the online videos. So by watching it, you are in effect supporting them.

    Merchandise?

Stuff from the hundreds of other sponsors who contributed to the event in some way?

    A new bike?
