    Spongy and now a few drops of oil have appeared on the lever but not from reservoir cap.

    Possibly bust diaphragm?

    Anyone know where these are available without having to pay shipping from Germany.

    Think it’s diaphragm(seperator unit in Shimano speak)(Shimano no.Y8VC98060).

    Any help would be great

    Your lbs should be able to order it if they’ve an account with Madison. I got one previously for a problem similar to yours. Didn’t really cure it though
