  • Spesh Crux BB30 but not BB30?

    Today’s dilemma, just went to fit a CX1 BB30 chain set to my Crux only to find it not fitting?

    Seems there are some kind of Spesh BB spacers that make the BB30 BB something else.

    Does anyone know what’s going on and actually what type of crank I should have bought?

    If your finding your bb 30 Chainset is to fat to fit through the bearing then you probably just need to remove the black alloy step down adapters.
    What Chainset is currently in your crux

    I bought a 2013 frameset without cranks and then bought the BB30 CX1 crankset. From reading about it seems I need a PF30 spacer kit so I can remove the step down spacers and it should all fit!!

    That may help also look on the praxis works website for somthing that will last longer and creak less
