Deal direct with Spesh UK, I phoned first to get the ok and agree on a replacement and fee, then post back your crash damaged lid with a letter explaining what happened, two days later a shiny new one arrived.

Yep – very impressed with their crash back service..

It’s the same deal with giro though, i’ve sent a couple of Xen’s back and have been replaced, no question. The last Xen was replaced with a Xar.

Up to 3yrs old mind for Giro….bugger as just trashed my old Atmos… 🙁
