Thinking about getting one of the alloy models as my do it all trail bike. Is there any reason why I shouldn’t – it will be mainly ridden in the Surrey Hills and the Peak District, and occasional Lakes and Alps trips – obviously not full downhill tracks though!

ive got the level entry 29er, the black/red 2013 one and love it. Great at climbing and getting over obstacles. Was lucky as managed to get it in a quick sale at new year for £1200 instead of £1500.

you’d have to change your username to Tom Camber…..

    other than that ,…no reason.

Chap from our local shop can’t rate it enough. He’s never off it now. Feel sorry for his lovelly 2012 Carbon Enduro though collecting dust. I’d be tempted if I could afford.
