Got one on contract from Vodafone. A few weeks ago it started locking up and powering itself off at random. Sent it off to Vodafone for repair. Came back with a letter stating that the software had been upgraded and this should fix the problem. Within a day it was doing the same thing again. Off it went again. Came back yesterday. Guess what, another S/W upgrade and thorough testing. Just checked it and it has powered itself off. Anyone else got any experience of this problem before I go apocalyptic at them tomorrow?
