  • Sole savers for shimano spd cleats

    I’ve just received some nice lake carbon soled mtb shoes as a warranty replacement and my older lake carbon sole shoes are wrecked from the cleats. I’ve read that you can buy sole savers. I’ve seen the crank brothers ones, but I was wondering, do they fit the shimano SPD cleats?
