Thats incredible!, he must have the perfect mix of type 1 (slow twitch) muscle fibres to develop his running so quickly, I’ll make a note to keep an eye out for him.

It’s worth a read as some of his training runs are incredible, including (I think) a 50 miler the week before the London marathon. Chips in on some other threads and always comes across as a really modest guy.
