First 100 m roadie tomorrow barrow,coniston kirkstone Keswick ambleside bowness and home, Mrs moaning, just don’t get it do they, family day Sunday ,was building sand castles at gone 9 this evening watching an amazing sunset and that was after a family bike ride this afternoon !!!

We are in North Wales for the weekend, so no cycling. But lots of beaches and steam trains 🙂

after work today, about a dozen of us are doing our own DD and riding through the night to the Seaside. cooked breakfast, a swim in the Sea and then a train home

Just fell asleep relaxing with a Paul Mckenna CD in the back garden.Next shopping at Chavsda.
This evening I need to do some prunning in the garden,interrupted by an episode of Dads Army.
Tomorrow ,hopefully, a post industrial pottle around the environs of North Tees followed. by a correspondance cull.Neeps.
