I got bored on my day off, so cooked the Hairy Bikers low fat Tea loaf. I found the process quite therapeutic. It needs to cool down, so I’ll come back and tell you how nice it was later.

I’m a bit concerned about of what effect the required 500g of prunes is going to have though.

Ps. I didn’t have any mixed spice, so I used pre judged amounts of cinnamon an nutmeg. I’m sure it’ll be fine.

I would imagine it will be lovely. And tomorrow it will taste even better.
