I went part time/term time this year after 28 years. It’s been a revelation. Dreading the kids growing up and having to go back full time!

I went part time at the beginning of the year as I’m a lazy so and so and I’ve not got massive bills to pay out every month.

For me, time and enjoying things are better than having loads of money.

I’m “only” 29 years in but looking to knock it all on the head in the next 5-10 years.

Only been a ‘screw’. For the last 12 years but that’s been enough by far. Being a prison officer these days affects ones mental state. Fact!
Feeling more motivated to get out & ride already.

How I envy you. Check out James Manning (huge beard and shaggy hair) on Facebook; he’s done loads of bike packing across Europe and is now estate manager at small country park near Dubrovnik – Mikulici Nature Park at Konavle in Croatia – where they have camping style accommodation. They also have a website.
Croatia is lovely and I’m overdue a return there.
