    This

Or make sure that if you’re drinking water you also have stuff that will replace electrolytes (especially if exercising).

I get hangover headaches a lot (and I don’t drink) from dehydration, despite my missus nagging me to take care of myself..

Thirst is a poor indicator of dehydration levels, I’ve now got a pint glass on my desk and make sure I have at least four pints of water per day

Thirst is an excellent indicator of dehydration levels and has been used by species for millions of years.

    That’s not a hangover, it’s real life. 😀
Just an extended moment of clarity.

You might as well try to enjoy it.

Do you have small children who don’t sleep well? Gives me that hangover feeling in the morning. A strong espresso usually helps 😕

I am drinking a fair bit of water ( I always did) and I didn’t drink every night and have a pint glass full of water with weak Robinsons on front of me during the evening.

Yesterday I went to a pub and had two pints of lime and soda.

Anyways is a bit of a mystery, and annoying.

Won’t that just make them sleep even worse? 😉

Have you necked any sugary snacks before going to sleep? This can sometimes leave you with a hangover type feeling when you wake.

Thanks. Its wasn’t really a religious thing, I do give up booze once a year for a significant period anyway and do something else for someone else with the money.

Good point, I bought a whole pannetone at the weekend, I did have a slice at 11:00 last night…

Not sure soda water from the pub pieps/taps is that good for you either. Could easily have been dirty

Take some multi-vitamins too. Is the bedroom air very dry ?

PS I love Pannetone, I only have 1 slice but that’s about 1/4 of the cake !

Ditch the water, drink Tonic Water instead. Not the cheap Swipes stuff but something more like Fentemans etc.

Too much water makes you waterlogged and can at times make you feel worse.

Too much sugar too, thats a killer as well so ditch that too.

Have you tried those Health drinks like Beroca (what ever it’s called) you could try that.

I’d say your headaches are a combination of dehydration and sugar though.

    I’d say your headaches

Actually, Kryton hasn’t claimed to have a headache, simply a hangover like symptom.

    I’m sure he’ll confirm, though…

Headache, sensitivity to light outside the duvet, dry mouth, lethargy.

I do take a multi vitamin as well as panettone. The night before last was tap water yet the morning symptoms the same.
