Apologies for lame question and lack of pics here but I just purchased a new Bell helmet and there’s a small round sticker on the rear that contains in the centre the number ’13’ surrounded by 12 numerals like a clock face. The number ‘7’ has been scratched out. I’m assuming this is a manufacturing/factory mark but I’ve always wondered what these symbols represent. I’m only questioning it because its a 2015 year model of this helmet but this sticker would indicate July, 2013 to me.. can anyone enlighten me?
