    Probably been done before. Sorry.
The boy will soon outgrow his 24 inch, so looking at a small, 14 inch frame hardtail. Plan is to take all kit off my old 456 and chuck straight onto the new frame. So straight steerer preferred.
Looking at the Inbred with vertical dropouts.
    But any other suggestions?

Actually did not think of TT length. But if he is large enough for frame, should be OK, no?
Will have a look at islabikes.

    How about a sidekick?

    Short. Takes gears.

And you can get sweet air with it when he isn’t looking.

On-ones do have a long tt, it will all depend on his body proportions and no doubt he’s growing at a speedy rate. It may be worth scouring Classifieds as small ladies bikes/frames do appear, not all will be in girly colours and there’s always the option of a respray.

The evo 2 frame I really nice and they do it in 14″ for £170 which is a mega bargain.

    Mine rides so well
