When i press TV Guide then select all channels is says "There are no services of this type available".
Whats going on???

Switch it off and at the mains and leave it for about 20 min then try.

digitalspy forum is your friend. Got a free replacement box recently beacause of a problem tracked down through ds - thousands of people had had the same issue and knowing the right person to email backed by evidence of lots of similar issues worked a treat!
If its the epg I guess it should be ok when finished updating
