So im running a 1×10 with a sunrace 10-42 cassette and superstar 30t front ring and a xt rear derailleur. For 99% of the time it really works well. (although i still miss my xtr front mech)

Nowthen. Ive noticed that when im doing down and im in the highest gear i can im often still pedaling and trying to power out of corners etc. So im out of the seat and stamping on the pedals. The problem i have is if its rough it can slip sometimes. It does hook up again quickly but its distracting.

Any suggestions on how to tune this out as it shifts superbly otherwise.

Can you ease out the b-tension screw and still clear the 42?
