    Anyone tried SKF fork seals?

I fancy trying something different to the standard ones. I’ve tried Enduro seals and while they did a good job of keeping dirt out I though they were less plush than standard.

I put TF Tuned / PUSH ones in my boxxers and I could tell a reduction in stiction to the originals.

Yes, we have been fitting the SKF seals in most fork services in most cases there is a noticeable increase in performance.
They work especially well in place of the standard lyrik seals (rockshox are fitting skf in the soon to be released 2016/17 lyriks)

Loco fitted some in my Fox forks, seem to work fine.

So fitted them last night. They were a good bit tighter than the RS seals, bit of a mare to press in by hand.

But they feel a lot smoother straight away, just need to see how well they last

    Aren’t Fox seals SKF anyway?

I fitted SKF ones to my Fox F120’s – noticeably less stiction, and they are outlasting the Fox ones from before.

SKF on my 36’s, and after a good service they feel nice and supple.

But I believe Fox run SKF as standard.
