Whats the sizing like on these shorts please?

I have always used Endura as the fit is good, but looking at trying something different…

Sizing is what I’d call generous. I had to get the matching braces despite getting the recommended size.

I’d say sizing is about right although I cannot PUT YOU OFF the Alturas enough.

They are very very poorly put together ime.

Aye, little on the roomy side. I’m an industry-standard medium really and I need to cinch them in quite a lot. Which they can do, but still feels like a lot of material.

(I’ve 3 pairs of Attacks incidentally… One is finally worn out, it’s taken years of hard use. Will probably buy again, they did nothing I don’t like.)

Large fits me fine. 34 waist in gap jeans, 36 in next trousers.
Mine have stayed together well, but have gone crinkly for some reason.

The sizing last year was pretty odd – especially if you have a small waist / normal size legs.

In non-waterproof shorts, I normally fit Altura medium. With the Attack found the mediums were unwearably huge, but dropping to the small in 3/4 length meant that they rode up over my kness with every pedal stroke. My mrs gets on OK with them (short legs).

I went for some Endura Venturi 3/4 and they are a far better piece of kit.
