ummm that’s just goddam strange, the thompson twins were identical in the comic books
(yes I was alive in the 80’s & most of the 70’s too)

Maybe it sets the theme of the whole movie – sounds good.

You’re right though, Hot Fuzz was not a patch on Shaun of the Dead.

Technically, the Thom(p)son twins were unrelated, but looked identical. One was Thomson, the other Thompson. It was a bit of a joke or something.

Ahh, that famous Belgian humour.

one is going to look like they do normally, the other is going to look like him through CGI, similar to how they animated Gollum in Lord of the Rings.

Still won’t get me to see the film though. I think i’d rather repeatedly stab myself in the scrotum with a rusty screwdriver.
