    Upload the latest info somewhere, then, ignore other posts and possibly change your name to jDave to distance yourself.

    ….either that or monetise it all somehow.

    Yep, needs rebranding. Tell everyone the idea was bought my Microsoft and is now the MS Diet. That should sort things out.

    Someone make an iphone/ipad app please, like the Jamie Oliver one that will make shopping lists for you – but loaded with idiet recipes and the ability to create your own (which will work with the shopping list feature). I’d pay for that.

    I thought it wasn’t a diet……

    so you are saying that the extra day makes all the difference then? even if I’m doing 50+ miles on the road bike on day six and 75+miles on day seven?

    8 days in here and 7lbs lighter. I did seem to be lacking leg strength with successive day rides, but had also done a bit more commuting. saturday was beer day, had a piece of flapjack, milk in me tea and chips with a big rump steak and a fair bit of London Pride. I think I had 2 mid ride pints of IPA on Thursday as well.

    getting occasional cravings for something sweet in the evening but other than that (and needing more toilet roll) everything seems to be going well. some more recipe ideas would be good as well……seeing as I’m on the PAYG EXEC version….
