  • SID RCT3 oil and grease recommendations?

    I need to give my SID RCT3 Dual Air 2012 some love.. I’ve noticed the lack of oil on the stanchions after the last few rides.
    So I’m assuming the oil maybe low..

    I’ve got the seals and O-rings, they came with the forks.
    I know I need 5 and 15wt oil from the Rockshox oil charts, but it also says I need grease for the non drive side upper tube.

    Any recommendations on which grease to use or even oil for that matter?

    For the grease use buzzy’s slick honey, not the readily available but a couple of places have it
