After an abismal D2D at the weekend I've decided to cheer myself up by getting a new frame. Very tempted by a new Sanderson Breath – just wondered if anyone used them for racing on and if you have any pictures?

great frame. would be interested to know if the 853 version really is worth the money over the cro-mo. nice zingy-ness to it. removes alot of trail buzz.

have ragged it around the alps for one year and it took most things in its stride (i'm a mostly wheels on the ground rider).

no idea about the weight but i'd guess around 12kg as you see it there.

They are lovely frames, clean lines, very well finished. But they are looooong and only suitable for 100mm (Or a little more) forks

run mine at 120mm most of the time. climbs fine. i'll wind it down to 100 for longer climbs, thought.
i find the long top tube allows you to move around more, finding the balance spot easier on the bike in tricky technical situations.

very versatile bike.
