Watching videos on-line and noticed some PTs drop the bar without it touching their knees, some slide it over theirs. My thinking is the latter is dodgy as knees aren't indestructible, but I may be wrong. Can anybody point me to the proper technique so I can try it tomorrow at the gym? Thanks!
