Yes it’s not a Gp surgery but someone may have a similar ailment. Back in 2010 I dislocated my shoulder after a off on the bike and had it put back in under a General. But ever since I’ve had waves of aching pain and severe stabbing pain under the clavicle.

Had a ultrasound and x ray last month to rule out Rotator cuff tear and it was clear. My Range of movement in shoulder is not as good as my other one. I have to strain really hard to get in above my head and it’s painful. And on rest its similar to the pain associated with shingles, nerve twinges.

Hurts in bed, but doesn’t hurt if I lie on it. Hurts on bumps in the road/trail on mountain bike.

Would a trip to the Gp to ask for a MRI Of shoulder and neck area be the next step. Got given some exercises by works physio and it’s made no difference.
