does any one know much about this type of operation.

just been told I will be having the operation asap, but cant really find much about recovery time, exercise to help etc.

any experience information would be brilliant.
    cheers

I had my left clavicle ‘tied’ with an artificial ligament three years ago after a other avenues failed to fix it. The operation itself was a pain (literally). I was left with a six inch ‘bra strap’ scar which is not very visible now. The recovery time was lengthy. No movement AT ALL for 6 weeks, which was all spent off work. Took a further three months of physio before I was back in some sort of shape to ride. Looking back though it is a bit of a miracle fix and i’ve never felt better. Go for it.
