I'm trying to knock a headset out of my carbon frame. The upper race will not budge so I was going to try some penetrating fluid over night.

Its an alloy cup in an alloy ring moulded into the frame but should I be wary about the penetrating fluid getting inside my frame and wrecking the resin of the carbon fibre??

Also whats the best way to hold the frame? I've done this before on other frames but quite wary of smashing away with a hammer and weakening the headtube join?
