Anyone got a shockwiz (or used one) that can answer this, they list two Shockwiz , one normal and one direct mount, I can’t see any physical difference in them. The direct mount one appears to come with a direct mount hose adapter. So are they identical apart from one including an adapter?

The standard one has two male connectors. Both hoses are female/female.

The direct mount has one male and one female connection. This is so it can be mounted directly to inverted forks. I think it comes with a hose (male/female) to fit the rear shock but not too sure on that last point as mine is the standard fit.

Quarq ShockWiz Direct Mount

The Direct Mount version is for inverted forks such as the RockShox RS-1. It comes with an adapter and hoses for conventional forks and rear shocks.
