    I am thinking of buying a 2nd hand bike from a chap in Germany.

    Does anybody know a good Cash on Delivery service as I don't want to send the money and not get the bike.

    Also, what's the deal with import duty? I know we get fleeced when buying from the US, does this apply to EU countries?

    No eu duty, thats one of the great things about the EU…

    No import duty or extra VAT from EU countries
