    Hi all,

I went to change the pads on my rear brake today and one of the pistons would not retract. Cue a lot of messing about with it and i have finally managed to free up the piston but unfortunately the fluid is now leaking out from the piston.

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy seal kits for these brakes (I am almost sure shimano don’t make them but someone, somewhere might). The actual piston seems fine.

If not is it OK to use an M675 caliper with an M666 lever?

    Cheers for any help/advice.

Doubt you’ll have any luck sourcing seals… m675 and m666 are interchangeable… the only real difference is cosmetic.

By coincidence, I have a spare caliper I can sell you; email in profile if you’re interested 😉

The seals on those M666 are right devils when they go wrong.
