You can order them from any LBS that sells shimano but it will be expensive for a screw.

You are only supposed to nip them up.

not sure what postage is from Madison but if it’s excessive from a bolt then order through LBS and it will normally come in with their usual order. ie FOC.

It will need to come from a bike shop, they only deal with the trade.
