Is it possible to adapt Shimano shifters (or SRAM...) to fit onto road bike drop bars? I have a friend who struggles with the left hand STI lever on her road bike but can use flat bar shifters ok.
I'd like to adapt a left hand shifter to fit near the stem, can this be done?
