I took my shoes apart ages ago when I was washing them and made the mistake of putting the metal plates under the cleats somewhere safe. That was a house move ago so I think they’re gone for good.

Anyone know where I can get a new pair as I want to give them a go in the alps this summer. I’ve looked for an email address for Shimano and can’t find one

Do you mean the bit that’s inside the sole? They are called cleat nuts.
